Established in 1955, Roy F. Johns, Jr., Associates, and its affiliated companies, provides a full spectrum of commercial, industrial and residential real estate services, including design consultation and development, property management, leasing, brokerage, engineering and marketing support.

Company History and Direction

In the late 1950's Roy F. Johns, Jr. began forming partnerships designed to acquire and develop land in the Pittsburgh International Airport area and along Pittsburgh's Parkway West Corridor.

Since then, Roy F. Johns, Jr. Associates has performed civil engineering services for over 250 projects coast to coast.

Many of these projects involved the development of the master plans and infrastructure for entire communities.

Today, Roy F. Johns, Jr. and his affiliate companies own and/or manage 500,000 square feet of first-class office space near the Pittsburgh International Airport, more than 500 acres of prime commercial land around the Pittsburgh International and Allegheny County Airports, and more than 1,000,000 square feet of retail space near the Century III Mall in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania.

Future development plans are focused on state-of-the-art office/research facilities, flex space and retail centers.
